Chuck Garrett (R) CRB, CRP, GRI is a Broker-Owner and Vice President of Kahala Associates Real Estate in Honolulu, Hawaii. Passionately involved in real estate sales, management and technology since 1989, he is currently responsible for Kahala Associates’ relocation, referral and business development programs as well as its online business applications and Internet directives.

Active in the Council of Real Estate Brokerage Managers (CRB), Chuck currently serves as the 2012 President of the Hawaii CRB Chapter. The Hawaii Chapter of Certified Residential Brokers is a strong, tight-knit group dedicated to help one another in managing successful real estate businesses. Its mission is to equip its members to be successful in the business of real estate.

Co-founding Antonsen Garrett & Associates in 1988, Chuck spent ten years learning all facets of residential real estate during the record breaking Honolulu market of the late 1980’s and early 1990’s. 

In 1998 an opportunity in real estate technology put Chuck on the road to Dallas, TX where for eight years he directed the implementation services group at RealPage, Inc., the recognized leader and pioneer in multifamily property management software.

Returning to Hawaii in 2006, a strong foundation in real estate sales, management and technology serves Chuck well at Kahala Associates, a luxury focused, agent owned real estate firm, offering the ultimate in client-centered service; a full-service and independent residential brokerage. 

Chuck received his Hawaii Real Estate Broker’s license in 1990, Graduate REALTOR® Institute (GRI) designation in 1995, Certified Residential Broker (CRB) designation in 2008, and Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) designation in 2011.
